Tim Ford
Tim Ford is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a proud U.S. Army veteran, and a seasoned professional with over three decades of leadership and real-world experience. He served faithfully for 16 years in the U.S. Army, where he developed a deep sense of discipline, resilience, and service to others. Following his military career, Tim spent 17 years in the oil and gas industry, bringing the same dedication and integrity to the private sector.
Tim has been married to his beloved wife for 12 years, and together they share a Christ-centered life in the beautiful state of Colorado. He believes wholeheartedly that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6) and is passionate about using his gifts, experience, and testimony to serve God and impact lives.
When he’s not working or serving, Tim finds joy in the outdoors—skiing, hiking, kayaking, overlanding, playing golf and riding motorcycles through Colorado’s rugged landscapes. But above all, his greatest fulfillment comes from being a father, husband, and serving the Lord while encouraging others to walk in truth, freedom, and faith.
Taber Wood
Taber Wood is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, in whom he finds his guidance, strength, and peace. The words of Isaiah 6:8, “Here am I, send me,” deeply resonate with his life’s mission and reflect his desire to serve faithfully wherever God calls him.
Professionally, Taber serves in Directional Drilling Sales with Patriot Drilling Services, bringing with him a wealth of experience across multiple roles within the directional discipline. Beyond the oilfield, he has a passion for building apps and creating technology solutions that make everyday life and business run more smoothly.
Taber has been married to his best friend, Kary, and together they are raising their four amazing children—three boys and their youngest, a girl—in a Christ-centered home. Their family actively serves in their church community, as well as through nonprofits that support families and advocate for children in need.
In addition, Taber serves on the Executive Board of an industry nonprofit, using his gifts and experience to advance the community he works in.
Friendly, humble, and faith-driven, Taber seeks to honor God in every aspect of his life—whether in family, work, service, or ministry.
